Came home to a broken spring and Cameron was there within 3 hours of my call. Only took him about 30 minutes to get everything back up in (better) working order! Great customer service all around
Our garage door spring broke at 9 am. D&L service was out here within 2 hours and Promptly fixed the spring. Very professional and efficient staff. Easy to work with the company. I recommend this company for your garage door repairs.
D&L came out to my home 3 years ago to replace the springs on my garage door. I upgraded the springs to Hi-Cycle and paid extra for longevity. These springs have a 2 year warranty and guaranteed 25,000 cycles. 3 years later, one of the springs broke. After looking into my invoice, I saw D&L installed two different sized springs 218x27L and 218x32R; naturally the smaller spring broke 3 years later and several thousand cycles too soon. Excellent service provided. The office was easy to communicate with and got me scheduled for service at a convenient time. Ben found the problems that needed to be resolved quickly and made recommendations for the springs and the opener. He took care of the safety issues right then with replacing the springs and got the opener on order to follow up with install.
