Sergio and his crew built a basement floor for us. They did a great job. Sergio gave a reasonable quote and his crew completed the work quickly. Will definitely use them again.
Sergio and crew built a gabled roof patio covering and a new composite deck. Ceiling of the covering was done with tongue and groove boards and lit with recessed lighting and ceiling fans. They started the job January 22, showed up before 0700 every day since, and worked until sunset each day. Highly recommend DL Framing and Construction to anyone looking for a top-notch quality work, honest, and efficient.
We recently had a room addition framing and roof done by DL Framing. We got an estimate and within a few days they started the job and had it completed within a week. Sergio was very nice to deal with and completed the job as was discussed. The inspector said it was a quality job! We were pleased with the outcome!
