Beat service all the staff is very polite
This has to be the worse bank on the planet. They have made more mistakes on my account in a 30 day period than I have ever seen. 1. made an additional payment on my loan, yeah they put it toward interest! 2. Replaced my debit card which i had to go into the branch and the debit card they gave me was printed on the wrong card for my account. I have to drive back. 3. I got a business credit card, oh they sent it to someone else's address. All within 30 days. This place is like going to the circus. Can't wait to pay the loan o... read more
Marilyn at the branch on eagle road is amazing! She has helped me several times when I have needed help when my debit card has been locked due to traveling. She goes upbove and beyond. She definitely deserves a special treat. All the girls there are super friendly and helpful. Thank you all
