We were big fans of the prior firm (DL Anderson). We bought everything from them (pier pleasure dock, a pontoon lift, 2 jet ski lifts and canopies for all three, all since we moved to our lake house in 2019). They were fantastic; responsive, honest- we loved working with them. Fast forward to 2024, when DL Anderson was purchased by Summerset. This year has been a disaster. VERY poor service. Been waiting for over 6 weeks to get our pier and boat lift placed for summer. NO one picks up the phone. You are lucky to get a call back before ten days of leaving a message. Then they promise they are coming out, but don't show.
