DKV finds a great balance between a semi-custom yet affordable home. The floor plans are fantastic, with each model offering something unique. My husband and I have been so impressed with Doug and Suzanne at DKV.. so much so that we are buying yet another (our second )home from them. Just 2 years ago we purchased a beautiful home from DKV. Our family has since grown so we wanted even more space so we contacted DKV. The quality of the craftsmanship at DKV surpasses the other home builders. The attention to quality and detail led us back to them. They are very receptive also to individual needs. I would recommend!
DKV Homes is very professional and detail oriented! Their designs and work reflect in the attention to detail they provide in their homes! Every room is designed with a fresh and classic touch! There are many builders in the Tampa area however great communication and great service is what makes DKV stand out!
I bought my DKV home (Sea Breeze) in October 2017 and fell in love from the moment I pulled into the driveway. DKV is not your typical "cookie cutter" home, as its curb appeal offers a mixture of a craftsman house with a key west style finish.
