I used Darren on my first home that was built in Banya. He inspected each stage during the building process and each time provided a report that was very detailed. Any issues that Darren picked up went into the report for the builder to see and address. The process was very easy and Darren organised the inspections with the site supervisor. I would definitely recommend DKT Building Inspections.

We recently used Darren’s services for the building inspections of our new house. He coordinated directly with our building inspector to ensure a seamless process, and he was always available to address any questions or concerns we had. We used Darren from start of build to the end. His attendance at each stage was sorted by him direct with our supervisor, with prompt attendance and reports. Brighton homes were great during our build but having Darren was great piece of mind, and really happy to explain and discuss any issues identified, which we could then take up with our supervisor. We moved in sept 25 and will be using Darren again for our 12 month inspection.

We used Darren from DKT Building Inspections and found him very helpful, it was extremely important to have a set of eyes that are independent from the builders to ensure all aspects of the build are met as per the building codes and engineering drawings. To us, it was a necessity to have reassurance on areas we weren't sure on, we trusted the process, and all went fine, we did not have any showstoppers, we believe one of the things for this was in using DKT.
