He coordinated directly with our builder to ensure a seamless process, and he was always available to address any questions or concerns we had. Darren is thorough, professional and courteous. He managed my recent build uncovering issues I had not noticed. His reports are comprehensive, supported with photos and clear descriptions of issues and suggested rectifications. He is polite to the build's supervisor in executing remedies, and his even temper saw the situation managed well and the results requested achieved with no conflict. I used Darren on my first home that was built in Banya. He inspected each stage during the building process and each time provided a report that was very detailed. Any issues that Darren picked up went into the report for the builder to see and address. The process was very easy and Darren organised the inspections with the site supervisor. I would definitely recommend DKT Building Inspections.
