I was very happy with Darren for the house inspection he did for me. He was very thorough inside and outside of the house and gave a very detailed report. I have no hesitation in recommending Darren for any house inspection for Practical Completion.

Darren completed our new home Practical Completion inspection. Darren spent approximately 5 hours crawling all over our new home, a very comprehensive report was then forwarded to us within 24 hours. Darren’s fees were very reasonable, this was defiantly money well spent, it has given us confidence that our new home has been built to the appropriate standard and compliance. If you’re considering having you building independently inspected, you won’t regret engaging Darren from DKT Building Inspections.

Darren did a very detailed pre-settlement inspection on our apartment bought off the plan. Picked up a lot issues i would have missed. He was very courteous and helped explain them. Also kindly adjusted his schedule to fit us in at the last minute for the inspection. Would totally recommend him.
