We completed the construction of a duplex on the Sunshine Coast and hired DKT Building Inspections for inspections throughout the entire build process from foundations to final hand over. From start to finish, Darren was outstanding! Being based in interstate, having DKT available for inspections and checking over any concerns we had, was invaluable to ensure the build went a smoothly as possible. Darren is thorough, professional and courteous. He managed my recent build uncovering issues I had not noticed. His reports are comprehensive, supported with photos and clear descriptions of issues and suggested rectifications. He is polite to the build's supervisor in executing remedies, and his even temper saw the situation managed well and the results requested achieved with no conflict.
