I wish more manufacturers like this existed. Their team is hard working and pleasant to work with. Previous to finding DKS, we shopped around for commercial door manufacturers and the lead times of their competitors were atrocious. Terrible service, brutally reject to provide assistance to end user.
Cisco who answered my call from their office is very rude and not professional at all. Literally a gatekeeper. Not good to be a front liner for the company.
