Great before the sale, but sure hope you don't have issues after. We commissioned Josh to create custom cabinetry for our kitchen at our high end short term rental back in November of 2021. RUN! RUN FAST!!! TWO FLOORS FAILED ON BRAND NEW LAKE HOME IN less than 3 years and ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. One of the worst displays of quality and customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The flooring I purchased from Josh that was sold as HIGH END was literally $1000.00 less on Wayfair. Literally 100% same product and amount delivered for $1000.00 cheaper. We have had dks-Woodworking complete several projects for us. Their work is excellent, they have high quality products and they worked with us to be sure all measurements were exact. We will continue to work with them in the future.
Phenomenal service & quality! We needed to replace our flooring asap after a sewer backup remodel and Josh & his team moved mountains to help us get the flooring we wanted and installed quickly! The installers were professional, knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to get the job done! We definitely will use them again and again! Thank you!!
