Had the best experience today with Meghan, went in to pay my security deposit and rent for my new place after having a horrible morning and being new to the area. Not many people can talk me out my anxious times but little did she know that small conversations was amazing and helpful. Through her hectic schedule she still took time to be personal and not just saw me as a tenant. Thank you again Meghan and blessings to you and your family!! 🙂
Terrible company. Application says no credit check yet told me I needed one. They probably saw my boyfriend was black because they didn’t mention a credit check until he went and seen the place for me. I knew my credit was bad so I had a co signer. Told me they couldn’t rent to me because my credit was bad even after I told them it was and that’s why I had a co signer. Still took my $100 though. Told me I had no income even though I showed them I had more than enough. I was paying $1700 in Florida before I came back up here ... read more
Great company very good rental properties and prices with reasonable deposits
I met Meghan by chance when she reached out to us at Americon Restoration after a flood at one of the properties DKM manages in Akron.
