We hired Doug to replace two basement windows and finish part of our basement. Doug oversaw the demolition, plumbing and electrical work, and handled the rest with great care. He did a wonderful job, always respecting our ideas and budget. Even when unexpected issues came up, he offered creative, cost-effective solutions and clear plans. We would be happy to work with him again on future projects!
We engaged Doug Kim to build us a full bathroom on one end of our home. Doug presented us with more affordable solution and we ended up altering the other end of the house to create a master suite with walkin closet and full bath with huge stall shower. We will be engaging with Doug Kim on many more upcoming home improvement projects. We felt like we had a partner in improving our home, not just a contractor. I strongly recommend DKIM Contracting.

Doug created a beautiful built-in shelf for a wall in our living room. He was wonderful to work with- completed the job on time and on budget.
