Kim was so rude to me on the phone. I have never written a negative review but I’m in shock. I understand I am not the only one. I would never use this company due to one phone call. I am an avid DIYer and have had several kitchens remodeled by contractors. I have never experienced a call like this. I just had to share this for others who may be checking reviews.
Kim was extremely passive agressive and super dismissive on the phone. Ended up slamming the phone on me. Would not go with these people ever.
