We had a great experience with this company during a very stressful time. The pack-out team was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to ask us if there was anything we wanted to keep out before packing everything, which showed how much they cared about our needs and belongings. I am so lucky that Insurance Restoration Network Inc came to help me after my living room window was broken by some crazy person. James came and explained everything to me. He made sure that I was safe inside until my window was replaced. Isiah was a great guy he made sure the window wood was secure from the outside and inside. This company stepped in when another company didn’t do a good job at drying my home. They are very professional at what they do. They made sure to do moisture test and calcium test (which the other company didn’t do) they made suggestion too keep the moister retain and it worked. James and his team are HIGHLY professionals! The cleaning people were Amazing! Dora and Jessica cleaned every inch of my house! The moving crew Isia and Victor were very careful with all my stuff. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a really great experience working with Insurance Restoration Network. They were referred to me by my insurance company after we had water damage that started in the upstairs bathroom and spread all the way downstairs, damaging our floors, parts of the walls, and insulation. James Moise was my service coordinator. He helped me more than I would have expected. I had water damage from a roof leak . They came the same day and opened up the wall and ceiling so the fans could dry everything out. The workmen installed a plastic enclosure around the work area. They were very neat and clean (and nice too). When everything was dried out and roof repaired, another set of workmen came out and installed new insulation, wall board, moldings and paint.
