This company is extremely slow and inefficient. I had measuring done for a vanity top and when they told me it would be 12 weeks or more for the product, I said I wanted to think about it. When I called back a few weeks later, they had purged all the information from the system resulting in a new measurement having to be completed. They told me a Kohler sink was in stock, but then found out it wasn’t, and it would take a couple of months. Another company found the sink at Ferguson and it was shipped the same day! Had a very poor disappointing service from Jenny (Asst. Branch Manager) Bought a house that they had done work in. I am new to the areas and wanted to get some changes and add some Kitchen and Bath Design work to the house. I figured I would contact them and that would make things easy. Wrong!!!! Wasted weeks of my time and then said oh just try custom, I guess they have to many customers? Very disappointed and would not recommend using DKB Designer Kitchens & Baths :-(
Jeff was very helpful and answered all the questions I came up with. He was very patient and knows what he's talking about and his products. 100% satisfied with our first encounter with DKB.
