Daniel and the entire team at D and K repairs have been fantastic to work with. I bought a brand new generator from Generac and It was leaking oil upon arrival. Daniel worked with the Generac warranty team and obtained a new motor and changed it out, tested it, and made sure everything was right. He kept me updated every step of the way, and even when Generac delayed the shipment, he updated me and reached out and told me the new timeframe that it would be for the repair.
