I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’ve been a regular, but the last week has been awful. I got my nails done Dec 24 and they’ve been pulling on my baby’s clothes, scratching her, and breaking — two already snapped.and the rest are coming off the nails from behind. Instead of fixing their poor work, they blamed me, claiming it’s “my nails” or that I broke them opening Christmas boxes (we don’t even celebrate Christmas). Zero accountability.
