We need someone to help with a mortgage. We had 4 weeks of time. Lots of time. We dealt with Crissy. Was asked for statements etc. Everytime we just got an email saying this is not right. This went on for weeks. We were then threatened if we did do what they asking for we would be charged more. This went on until my wife almost had a brake down. Be fair !tony is helpful and responsible but Not his assistant Rosie ! Poor service and attitude, careless about client needed such as feedback and document , need huge improvement, maybe it is really easy to work in that industry!
Very very bad experience with this law company! They never replied the customer emails, and never answered the calls. It was very hard to work them. They charged me $200+shipment cost+tax only for sending my tax payment cheque to CRA, and they did not provide me any receipt. I sent many emails and called many times to them, but they just ignored my emails and calls. Do not use this law company! They are very bad and not professional!
