I'm not happy with this law, firm it all. They've handle 2 cases for me. My last one, my car was totaled, the guy ran me into the wall. I don't feel they did enough to help me get what I was deserved. And second I was driving down the 138 by the 15 freeway and I guess daniel kim has a lawsuit against the city well, I was driving down to 138, and there was a patch of sand from the side. I do not recommend this law office. A lot of delays and miscommunication. They set the standard of following up once a week and I went roughly 6 weeks with no contact. I understand this process takes long but they didn't follow up at all. I had to actually tell them that my settlement check was mailed. I've tried to escalate my concerns but was met with excuses. If I ever need an accident lawyer again, I would not be giving them a call.
My experience with Daniel Kim was so organized they communicated with me every step of the process. I am very grateful I was able to work with Daniel Kim and their team I lived far but they managed to still keep me updated. I will 100% recommend Daniel Kim .
