The guys that came out and did the work were very nice and did a good job once they finally got to the task. I only asked them to replace 2 outdoor outlets, and they were here doing random other things I was not interested in for 2 hours. Once they did the actual outlets, they were gone in 7 minutes. They tried offering me more services I did not want for thousands of more dollars and had to spend about 20 minutes saying no to them. Brendan and George, as well as Rebecca in the office, were truly outstanding. The job required removal of knob and tube wiring from an older home, and replacement with modern wiring, as well as upgrading the service to the house. Unlike other electricians I spoke with, Brendan and George rewired without cutting “channels” in the walls and ceilings. Excellent work done by Joe and Ashton. Exceeded my expectations.
Diagnosed the problem quickly, put in the replacement breaker and I have hot water again! Reasonably priced, will go to them for any electrical help in the future!
The DK Electrical representative was very ery friendly and clean (they even put shoe covers on). They clearly explained the options for the services we wanted and were very professional. We will certainly use them again and I can highly recommend them
