So, long story but purchased an old house with existing problems. Trying to save money I had three ‘mate of a mate’ electricians round - all who either gave incorrect advice or ghosted me after having a look. Contacted Dale based on a recommendation from a friend - he arrived on time, was very honest, booked me in for a proper investigation. We had DK Electricals round recently to install a security camera system, and we were thoroughly impressed. The work was carried out with such precision and care — you’d hardly notice there are any wires at all. Minimal drilling, and the finish is incredibly neat. The electrician also gave us a hand with installing some lighting and a switchboard, all done efficiently and to a high standard. Avoid at All Costs – Dishonest and Overpriced! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this electrician. He arrived at 17:15 (hardly an "out of hours" time) and spent just 7 minutes checking the fuse box—without even replacing anything—yet still charged a shocking £165! When questioned about the cost, he became rude, aggressive, and pushy, refusing to provide any justification for the excessive charges. His behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I highly recommend DK Electrical Solutions. They did a fantastic job on our partial rewire. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. Every call and text was answered promptly. The work is finished to a high standard and we're very happy with the results. They were able to deliver on everything we requested which was great. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Dale has done a few jobs for us and I have no hesitation in passing on his details to anyone who needs an electrician. He is highly professional and wholly reliable and trustworthy. We wouldn't use anyone else.
