I contacted DK controls to inquire about a lost key to a pump control panel at a site that recently changed ownership. Not only was their receptionist quick to answer the phone and very kind, but also placed me in contact with Jake in the engineering/sales department. Jake promptly responded to my inquiry by letting me know that he would replace and ship the components needed to replace the switch (along with some extra keys).
