Quarter changer out of order. Sign says get quarters at Dollar store, but neither had quarters when I checked both. I called a D&K owner who had the sign put up. He had not coordinated his sign's suggestion with either store - business owner baseless assumptions equals customer dissatisfaction. Not sure this business owner gets it.
