HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. I recently had my turbo replaced in my 2021 Terrain. When I received the car back the all wheel drive light came on saying service was needed. I took the car back to Dk auto and advised them that the issue was caused when they replaced the turbo and I needed them to take a look at my car. I was advised by Dk that they were not at fault however because the car was electrical they could not determine the issue or repair the AWD. DK Auto was once a family owned and operated business. They have sold to a large company, and have lost their expertise. We had a terrible experience with the new management and will never take our vehicles there again. Think twice before calling. You no longer get the same quality work with the same uprightness and integrity.
This auto body and repair shop has never done me wrong. I value Dave's advice..the guys I've had on my car have been great. The girls at the window have been personable and down to Earth regardless of having tons of paperwork they have to do. I trust them..They are my #1 go to .
