DK Air was contracted through Valeo to assess an extremely loud condenser unit in my apartment. They attended multiple times and repeatedly stated there was “nothing wrong” and that the unit was operating “normally.” An independent licensed professional later confirmed the unit had been incorrectly installed and contained broken internal components.
