AVOID. Company responsive when there was money to be made but when it came to correcting a mistake (they’d put in the wrong colour grouting) nowhere to be found. Kept being fobbed off for weeks and still not rectified with now no response. Definitely find a different company

Very pleased with Djw Plumbing. They were polite, thoughtful and friendly. Turned up on time, sorted the job and tidied up after themselves. Really can't fault them.

We have used DJW twice now and on each occasion they attended quickly, taken shoes off when entering the house, treated the house with respect, been very polite and courteous and cleared up afterwards. They charge a fair price and everything is discussed first with you. 5 star service, reliable plumbers what’s not to like! Have recommended them to friends who have had the same experience. Contacted DJW re a significant water leak in my kitchen. Darren made sure someone got to me very quickly, ie same day. Freddie, who carried out the work, was polite, friendly and efficient. Leak stopped on first visit and then very quick turnaround to replace defective parts, and Freddie described at each point the work he was carrying out and why - in such way even a layman like myself could understand! Great service, would highly recommend. Thank you!!
