Contacted DJW re a significant water leak in my kitchen. Darren made sure someone got to me very quickly, ie same day. Freddie, who carried out the work, was polite, friendly and efficient. Leak stopped on first visit and then very quick turnaround to replace defective parts, and Freddie described at each point the work he was carrying out and why - in such way even a layman like myself could understand! Great service, would highly recommend. Thank you!!

Proffesional and prompt. Firstly, our enquiry was acknowledged and received information about when that day they would get back to us. Quote was reasonable. Work (replacement outside tap) carried out within 48 hours of enquiry and left work area clean and tidy. Happy to recommend.

DJW were outstanding when we had to call them out in an emergency to fix a burst pipe that was flooding our ground floor in cold weather. Super quick and helpful service in a very stressful situation, with a fair price. I’m glad I found them, thank you.
