All three units on my son's camper went out. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. It took some time due to warranty and having to have them shipped in but they were able to replace all three units a whole day earlier than expected all the while keeping us notified of progress. Great customer service to out of state guest!

DJ's is EXTREMELY thorough in their assessment of your needs. In our case, we needed a new AC in a travel trailer and when they came to assess the AC, they crawled all over our unit to find any other issues that we weren't aware of. They found a couple of things, warned us and gave us some advice on fixing these issues ourselves if we choose to. We had an excellent experience with DJ´s Mobile RV service. Darrel truly saved us when our newly installed dishwasher was not installed properly and started leaking. He responded quickly and diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed the issue professionally and efficiently. His knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence. Tim was very professional and maintained contact with me regarding scheduling the service. He came on a Saturday as there were scheduling conflicts which prevented the date that was originally scheduled. He told me what he did and what he would recommend. Time gave me information for other companies that would be able to help me with other services. I would use this company again and refer other people to him.

Carl and his son did great work changing out my propane regulator and testing the system for leaks. Carl worked directly with my warranty and got the repairs approved minus my deductible. Great guys and will use them again.
