Good people! Needed a sheet of glass cut for a table. They took the order, and called me two days later. "It's ready, BUT! There's a small scratch on it. If you want it, we'll discount it" Scratch was hardly noticable. In fact, we had to search for it. They insisted on the discount. Feeling like I stole from them! I'll need glass work (got a windshield with some chips in it) soon, so I'll be back to their shop. Honesty definitely pays. Thank you folks!

Made an appointment. Was told my windshield would be ordered. Took the day off work. Arrived at the time I had arranged. Windshield WASN'T ordered and I WAS NOT on the schedule. Woman at the desk never offered to make another appointment, simply repeated, "you're not on the schedule" over and over. Wasted day.
