They put a scratched up bumper on the back of my SUV after having it at their shop for seven weeks. They told me that I would need to return my SUV to their shop to get a bumper that is not scratched up. They cut my driver seat and denied that they are responsible. I will be suing them and asking to criminally charge them with destruction of property. They also increased the price by $1,600 before they would return the vehicle to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I see you deleted my original review. Must not want people to know that you're using their insurance to pay for other people's repairs. Just so everyone knows, these people ruined my car after they kept it for 9 months, changed the name of their business for the BBB so my review would be gone and removed my Google review because they're currently doing damage control. I told too much truth and now I'm being silenced so other people can get scammed. Imagine that.
