Des is an absolute gentleman. Offered to call out regarding a question about my boiler, was here within 10 minutes and gave perfect advice and most importantly the time of day which can be hard to come by. We wouldn’t work with anyone else going forward. Thank you for your kindness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Seriously disappointed with work carried out by DJR Plumbing & Heating. I used this firm to replace my ensuite in 2024. I was given 3 start dates from Des before the work was carried out. Time period was given as 3 days which went to 4. On completion of the work, the was hand basin leaked straight away. I didn't use the shower for almost a week & on the first used it also leaked. I can't begin to put into words how extremely grateful I am to Des & his team, they came to my aid at such short notice to check for burst water pipe in my garden & put a very anxiety filled ladies mind at rest, they are a team of absolute gentlemen & i honestly can not recommend them highly enough! I truly appreciated all their work & kindness.
Would highly recommend Des and his sons had burst pipes in the house and no heating. Couldn't get a plumber in my area to sort it out rang Des on the Saturday and they were straight out on the Monday morning got it sorted and saved me alot of money. Can't thank them enough.
Des, Ryan & Johnathan (DJR) provided an exceptional service. Originally envisaged to take 3 days, they were with us for over a week, either because of problems encountered with previous poor or incomplete work from others or because we added to the list .
