This restaurant deserves 5 stars. The place feels very welcoming. Food was great, very delicious, we can tell it was made with love. Especial shout out to Emanuel for the Outstanding service.

really tastyyyy. i ordered this for delivery on april 24th. griot is very good compared to other restaurants and baby that pikliz? nun to play abt. madeeee the meal & ion even like pikliz fr. def would buy againnnn it was about $30 for an order of fritay + banan on the side (didn’t end up eating cs there was enough in the fritay). update: their fritay buy one get one free on ubereats is not entirely pork shoulder. it’s like another part which threw me off so keep that in mind when u order it.
We were on our way to another restaurant on Nostrand, but decided to stop by Djondjon because the food smelled heavenly. We were floored — all of the food came out amazing. The paella was tangy, savory, and delicious. The mac & cheese was so rich. Servings were pretty big too, I came home with leftovers. Service was also great too — everyone was kind and we got our food out pretty quickly. Can’t wait to be back & I look forward to being a regular!
