A friend recommended I try classes here, and initially I was a bit intimidated by the smaller gym, but everyone has been so welcoming and helpful, making it a comfortable environment. Adrian has been great at explaining and demonstrating the workouts, ensuring I know what to do and do it correctly, which I really appreciate.

Great workouts in a friendly environment with a great community. I’ve never seen such great results from workouts. The staff are experts who really know how to coach and support to keep people challenging themselves while staying safe and healthy.
Friendly gym environment and good workouts. Coaches are good, encouraging, and focus on correcting form. Classes are fun and keep me consistent. I enjoy the variety and mixture of movements.
