We needed someone to demolish and remove the contents of an old detached garage. This was complicated by the fact that the property is designated as being in a heritage community. I found DJK Construction to do the job and Darren was professional and personable. He didn't ask for payment until after the job was done, and due to the heritage designation, it took 4 months to get a permit from the city of Mississauga.
