Be cautious when booking. There seemed to be urgency to secure the booking initially but communication did not remain consistent afterward. After paying a deposit, emails went unanswered and the phone number provided was not in service when I attempted to call. Despite receiving a confirmation and reminder for a scheduled call, no one contacted me at the scheduled time and no prior notice was given. We hired a DJ from this company for our wedding and we had some issues. The company's administrative staff (shoutout to Jean) was incredibly organized and catered to our every need. We were asked to describe our ideal DJ and our expectations for the day, and we were asked to create some playlists to help the DJ understand our preferences for music.
