Booked online for our wedding 1 year out, however shortly after my fiancée became pregnant and we were forced to cancel / postpone, however it took almost 5 months and several emails before anyone responded. We had missed the window for a deposit reimbursement by about 2 weeks, so I understand contractually they were under no obligation to give us even a partial refund. Be cautious when booking. There seemed to be urgency to secure the booking initially but communication did not remain consistent afterward. After paying a deposit, emails went unanswered and the phone number provided was not in service when I attempted to call. Despite receiving a confirmation and reminder for a scheduled call, no one contacted me at the scheduled time and no prior notice was given.
