My name is Rickey Nicholas and after visiting this golf course a few weeks ago I’ve spoken to Colin and the customer service the staff. The golf course itself is beautiful. I recommend golfing here and golfing here. Only 10 stars.
It is a pretty good course well maintained, but I highly recommend not becoming a member there because it’s a rip off. They will not give you your own cart for anything in the world even if there’s nobody on the golf course, they will lie and say because they have no cart and therefore if you want your own cart, they’ll charge you $15 which defeats the purpose of becoming a member. Great Golf Club, Staff, and Course!
The guy giving out the ball (Milton?) makes you feel like he’s doing you a favor ALL THE TIME! I showed up, scanned my badge, and just handed me an empty bucket and told me to go fill it up myself. RUDE!!! Saw him treat a young Asian lady very nicely after he treated me like garbage though. Could definitely use some customer service lessons.
Great help from the staff. Got my questions answered. Excellent membership options.
