My wife and I returned to Raleigh this year and were in search of a new home. Ironically, our short list came down to 3 homes in the area where we wanted to live that were all from the same builder, DJF. They ruin neighborhoods! Buy old homes and put up two to three homes where there was one and cut all of the trees down! Don’t get me started on how they then decide they own the street and have their subs parked on both sides so no one can get through. Wish they would leave our neighborhood and not build their huge, ugly, monstrosities!!!

Dennis Fitzgerald has built so many fine homes in the last 15 years inside the belt line of Raleigh, NC. Highest of quality, and he is a master of reducing interest payments as his team of professionals are all on the same page with timing. There is also a heavy focus and deserved credit for their embracement of the newest Circular environmental technologies, reducing waste and carbon footprint of each project.
