Dr Djerns was the friendliest, most outgoing neuerologist I’ve ever had. He always to the time to explain my options. I always looked forward to my visits.
This amazing doctor has been Compassionate kind and very thorough with my 90-year old mother.. very pleased with him and grateful for his care .. he also cared for my father and my brother who had Down Syndrome.. very fortunate to have had him as a doctor for my family .
I am blown away by this office. My mother in law has dementia and lost her driving privileges because the Dr sent in a DMV retest request and she could not even read the book to understand the questions so she never took the test and lost her license.that was in Dec of 2018 that was fine and totally understandable. fast forward to January 20th 2020 she is much much worse and has now anger issue and this is very common with people with Dementia. Dr. Djernes refuses to take me as a new patient. I have a cognitive disorder as a result of a car crash and require follow up with a neurologist. I am new to my current medical insurance and had previously been sen regularly by a neurologist for over 3 years. He declined my referral and recommended I be seen in pain management. My referral was not for any pain. I have come to the conclusion that he has not read my referral. My referral clearly stated my need for follow up because of my cognitive disorder.
