Worst customer service, and tried charging an extra $100 after he showed up late Came from SanJose, we agreed on 10am, I arrived on time but he came 30mins late, first thing I noticed was he already had an attitude like it’s my fault that he’s late, he than told me that it’s an extra $100 because he didn’t know he’s doing my side mirrors, $100 isn’t much but it’s the fact that we agreed on a set price and I wrote in text what I needed an that included the side mirrors too which he agreed on a price all together. David is an extremely great guy and technician. Not surprised he has such good reviews. He wrapped my new model 3 and also did a full tint on all including front windshield. He is very honest and gives accurate pricing upfront. His pricing is very reasonable. Did an amazing job on the wrap and tint. Looks great. There were few minor issues i noticed and David was very prompt in calling me in ASAP and fixing it immediately. Overall a very happy customer.
