Joshua was absolutely amazing today! steering wheel was vibrating so thought it was the tracking. Anyhow it turns out the car dealership who I have recently bought this car from had put puncture gel into all four perfectly good tyres! Joshua very kindly helped rectified this problem and re balanced the tyres. Perfect drive afterwards! Fantastic customer service! Did this for me straight away! Took my car there when I had a nail in my tyre. Fast service. Friendly and helpful staff, range of tyres. Staff cannot do enough for you!
Amazing service. I was there for no longer than 10 minutes. Gareth gave me some good advice too, and put air in all my tires. It was a lot cheaper than I expected. I'll be going back here whenever I need anything done.
Great service overall. They let me know that my flat tyre isn't a puncture but a dent in the alloy and straightened it up for free.
