He charged me an extra $100 to do smog, he didn't even do it and didn't want to refund my money. He's a scammer!

I lost my deposit, and it feels like I was scammed! He didn't provide any service and pocketed the deposit money. Read the contract carefully. Even if you cancel because he's not holding up his end of the deal, you don't get any money back. Avoid this DJ at all costs!
