July 2024: I needed a tiny piece of glass for a bathroom storage niche and called a few places for pricing. All I got was "that's too small to temper". I figured I'd try one more place and dialed up DJs. Heidi confirmed what I'd already learned, but she explained WHY I couldn't get tempered glass. She then went the extra mile, trying to figure out an option for me. Her cheerful voice and extra effort earned my business. Great customer service at DJs. Thanks, Heidi!
They recently repaired a window our child broke. The repair was quality, affordable, and the turnaround was fairly quick. Prompt responses and scheduling. I will certainly use for all future window repair needs.
We had a deer attempt to come through a window and shattered the first pane. After calling a few window companies, we received a recommendation to get the glass pane replaced itself (much more cost effective) than replacing the window. Found DJ’s searching online and they had great reviews. Needless to say, the 5 stars are earned from their customer service, communication and experience! They were able to replace it in a timely manner and recommend for glass or mirror work!
