This is the quality of work they gave me on a $284 "detail". When talking to Marcus about it, he insists this was a "few missed areas" that could be touched up in 10-15 minutes. I fully believe they've done good work at some point, but taking no accountability beyond just doing a "touch up" is scummy. He insists he "won't be bullied around" when I offered to pay up to $100 to compensate for time, but anyone with this low of standards I am not allowing to touch again. David and his employees are genuinely kind, and care about providing exceptional service. They did a fabulous job on detailing my car inside and out. The entire process of online scheduling, and the professionalism of all staff we encountered from the minute we dropped off to picked up was just great! VERY happy with the job they did!!
They did an amazing job with my car, with a pretty challenging job of getting off some tree sap.
The work done at mint was nothing short of a miracle. U couldn't find an owner that cares more then David. He/they took my beat up packard and literally turned it into a show car in a matter of days... I'm so thankful and fortunate to have found mint detailing
