Post 3 - 2025 (still no resolutions) I am writing again because everyone sees Dan Roberts reach out below. It’s all for show. They have NEVER answered our emails that contained the list of issues. We have called and called and nothing happened. Dave’s word is not his bond: he promised to help with the mess made of our down pipes due to a leak caused by them putting star pickets into our plumbing when pouring concrete. We are so happy with our new family home recently built by DJ Roberts. The team, specifically Lyndal were an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided guidance throughout the entire process and kept us in the loop throughout the build. We are truly grateful for our beautiful home.
