I would not use this company. Red flag #1: They asked upfront what our insurance deductible was before arriving. Red flag #2: they required we pay the deductible up front as down payment. My water suddenly stopped working on a snowy weekday while my husband was travelling and I was home with the kids. Christoper came out despite the weather same day and stayed until 11pm to make sure I had some water again. This included him going to a box store to get the pump part needed because their supply house was already closed. I so appreciate the time and effort put in given the situation despite the cold weather and time of day. Pricing was fair considering too!

This is the most ridiculous service company that I have ever hired. Do not trust any sentence from the service manager of this restoration company. They are only targeting on your money. My case is described below: I call them for water remediation work due to the sump water overflow in basement. The water has been removed before they come. 1.
