if i could give a 0 i would. extremely unprofessional, terrible communicator, and rude. notified the planner a few hours before the ceremony that he would not be able to bring the photo booth that was promised in the contract. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I hired Mike to DJ my wedding because I wanted him, not a stranger. After signing the contract, multiple vendors warned me that Mike has a reputation for flaking last minute and sending an outsourced DJ in his place while keeping a large cut of the payment. I confronted him about this directly and told him I only wanted him at my wedding. He assured me he would be there. 5 Stars DJ Mike was fantastic! He showed up early, was ready to go, and had great communication leading up to the event. He played the perfect mix of music to keep the vibe going during dinner and then got everyone up and dancing. I really appreciated how he kept the music clean but still fun and relevant for a 16th birthday party. He was super easy to work with and did an excellent job MCing and announcing—he even covered things I hadn’t thought of! I would definitely recommend him and will absolutely use him again.
DJ Mike is the BEST! He did the music for the whole wedding ceremony and reception for our son. He was so professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to hire him in the future!
My wife had to call numerous times prior to our wedding. 3 days before, DJ Mike finally got in contact with us notifying us that he subbed our wedding to another DJ - who spoke with us one time confirming time he would be there. The DJ that showed up didn’t play anything on our play list other than our first dance and my bride walking down the aisle. Our guests had to walk up and request songs the entire night. This was not a good experience. We told our venue to take him off the suggested list.
