I placed a custom order in the morning, got shipment info on PayPal within 1 hour, arriving 2 days later, that is insane, I have never ordered a custom product and got a shipment date that fast!!! Bought a tonearm from DHC customs, just a regular MK5 arm with the upgraded leads. The tonearm came broken, but the packaging was sufficient, I think it was just handled roughly in transit. I sent it back and DHC customs fixed it for free, I just had to pay for the shipping. The arm came perfect, the bearings are solid and it doesn’t skip at all when I scratch. Great work and their customer service was great too.
