Noe is a scammer! He gives you a petty story and keeps your money and doesn’t show up! He’s done this to multiple people be aware! I am taking him to court. He is a criminal and on parole so you don’t want him in your family events. He privately contacted me from a 559Fresno event group on Facebook and i trusted him. He also kept messaging me and asking me for more and more money but i didn’t give in and gave him only what was agreed or i would have lost more.
