I am very satisfied with the service performed by D & J Diagnostics. I requested service at the last minute, and they were able to squeeze me in within 15 minutes. Jesse is an excellent individual who knows his stuff. He was very helpful in helping me with my vehicle twice. Jesse went above and beyond to help figure out what could be wrong with my vehicle. D & J Diagnostics are truly for the customer and want to work with the individuals. Highly recommend them as a choice for your vehicles next service.
Sold me a faulty, junk starter, and because I drive around the country and live in a different state they refused to warranty or refund the cost of a new mechanic and parts that actually work. If you're out of state, go somewhere else. Also they have ridiculous emergency charges. $800 for a starter replacement and you still don't warranty or reimburse? What a shady company.
Just wanted to say, I called him explained the problem and he told me over the phone what I did not know about my Car. Thank you from the bottom of my Heart! It was indeed what you said! Smart Man, thank you!
They tell you $80 but you will be charged $130 just to show up regardless if they can fix the problem or not. On the bright side I got a recommendation on where I could go.
