Absolutely terrible experience at DJ Depot. If you value your time, avoid this place. I had to wait 40 minutes for Chester to finish telling his life story before he could even start wasting my time. Instead of helping customers efficiently, Chester seems more interested in having long personal conversations than actually doing his job. Customer service should be about helping people quickly and professionally — not making customers stand around listening to irrelevant stories while nothing gets done.
