I wish giving 0 stars was an option. I had a “deep cleaning” today but was really just left with a broken shower door that is going to cost hundreds of dollars to fix. My maintenance man said he had never seen something like this in the 30 years he has worked at my building. The lack of response and concern from this company is awful. Not even a phone in response to this disaster. Now I cant even use my shower until someone from the shower door company can come out next week. This business lies about being able to help removing a simple stain, they literally just wash the clothes as if it was a laundrymat and charge you extra and claims they have a “special sauce” that removes anything.
