Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, patience, professionalism and precision .
Alex was a great help they go above and beyond.
Terrible customer service. I was buying an expensive controller, yet the staff made me feel like I was doing them a favour. They showed absolutely no willingness to assist or help me with my purchase. Very disappointing experience. I definitely do not recommend this place.
