Beware! I reported to the owner who performed the service call himself, that I believed there wasn't any Freon in my cooling system. If that was the case, I expected him to troubleshoot for leaks. Well when he arrived, it was an older gentleman in a regular old pick-up truck. Minimal equipment as if he wasn't expecting to do much work. He went to the outside unit with a set of gauges and confirmed the system was lacking Freon. Instead of diagnosing where it leaked-out from, he charged the system with more Freon.
